Shifts: Daytime, Overnight and PRN
This position will require some weekends and holidays.
In this fast-paced and challenging position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary medical team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Registration Representative’s primary purpose is to collect accurate demographic, financial, and medical information from patients and/or their designee in a timely and professional manner. Your Job Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3 years of experience of office experience
+ Steady job history and excellent referrals
+ Punctual and Accountable
Skill Sets
+No Medical Background? – We will train candidates with the right skill sets
– Accurate typing 40 wpm
– Excellent telephone technique – pleasant with the ability
to take charge of the call and to quickly answer caller questions
– Attention to detail – critical
– Eager to work in a drama-free environment
– Fast learner
